There are three different user types which are users, office and administrator Every user unless which user group he belongs to has the possibility to change his nickname and his password at every time as well as uploading an user picture. All users are allowed to post in the forum, but normal users have to be activated in the backend before they can post.

Furthermore users of the office group are allowed to upload documents an post on the news board. These users are also able to delete posts in the forum and write/edit FAQ entries.

Administrators can do all the things the two others group can do, plus editing existing users and watching the error log. It is not possible to change only one right of an user, because all rights are group rights.
